Paul Resika (born 1928) is an American painter, was born and raised in New York City. Resika began exhibiting his paintings in New York City in the 1940s. He has had several dozen one-man exhibitions in important galleries and museums, and his works have been included in hundreds of group exhibitions since the late 1940s until the present. He is a well-known New York artist who chaired the Parsons School of Design MFA program from 1978-1990. He is a member of the National Academy and the American Academy of Arts and Letters.
